This customer-focused role connects Gerrie Electric with customers through responsive sales and service support. You will manage orders, prepare quotes, communicate product availability, and help resolve delivery or product issues. The position requires 2-4 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience, ideally in electrical distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders, purchase orders, credits, RMAs, and backorders
- Prepare quotes, maintain pricing, and follow up with customers
- Provide product information, alternatives, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate pickups, payments, wire cuts, shipping,



and receiving
- Maintain inventory accuracy and showroom merchandising standards

Requirements:

- Two to four years of related sales or service experience
- Electrical industry or distribution environment familiarity preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
- Robust communication and customer relationship skills
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
