As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support the Kitchen Manager across daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, quality control, staff training, and workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations
- Assist with food preparation and quality control

Requirements:

- One to three years kitchen management or supervisory experience
- Comparable restaurant environment experience
- Culinary Red Seal and Smart Serve Certification are assets
