Shape enterprise voice and data network strategies through architecture, routing, and interconnect design for Ontario Public Service telecommunications environments.
As a senior Business Architect, you will evaluate and develop large-scale networks spanning more than 1,000 sites. You will advise ITS, Cyber Security, Ministries, Clusters, Supply Chain Ontario, and vendors on architecture, security, procurement, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, routing, and voice quality characteristics
Develop complex telecommunications Enterprise Architecture for senior executives
Define managed services procurement technical requirements
Assess SBC interworking, call routing, and PSTN connectivity implications
Support deployment, implementation,



and migration of network services
Requirements: 10+ years analyzing 1,000+ site data and voice networks
10+ years in lead telecommunications services provider technical roles
Extensive telecommunications Enterprise Architecture preparation and analysis experience
Robust analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Prior Government of Ontario Network experience is an asset
