Amphenol seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer for high-speed front-end I/O connectors. You will own OSFP development while applying mechanical design, signal integrity, thermal efficiency, and manufacturability knowledge. The work spans concept generation, qualification, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead OSFP connector concept generation, design, and qualification
Optimize connectors for AI/ML workloads and data centers
Apply low-latency, high-density, manufacturable design techniques
Coordinate system integration and industry-standard compliance




Manage development through production and manufacturing transition
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Five or more years in high-speed connector development
Experience with high-speed product development
Proficiency with SolidWorks or Creo CAD tools
Experience with ANSYS simulation software
Use mechanical design, signal integrity, and validation expertise to advance Amphenol OSFP connectivity solutions in Markham.
