The Handyman is a critical position within the Harmony Hills community. You will complete building repairs, maintain common areas, care for grounds, and support resident, visitor, and team member safety. The work includes painting, plastering, basic plumbing, woodworking, and non-licensed electrical tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Complete general repairs, painting, plastering, plumbing, woodworking, and electrical tasks
Clean, scrub, strip, and wax floors throughout common areas
Empty garbage and recycling receptacles at regular intervals
Maintain building exteriors, grounds, and parking lots
Remove snow,



apply salt, and care for gardens
Requirements: Certification, training, and experience in building repairs and property maintenance
One to two years of experience in a similar position
Proven customer service skills and excellent verbal and written English
Knowledge of residence equipment operation and maintenance
Successful completion of the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check
