Key Responsibilities: Take beverage orders from serving staff or patrons
Serve wine, beer, and mixed drinks professionally
Process cashless payments or follow ticket procedures
Check proof of age and maintain Duty of Care
Set up, clean, disinfect, and dismantle bar equipment
Requirements: Pro-Serve certification
Previous bartending experience considered an asset
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Business-level English language ability
Knowledge of Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations
