As a Personal Banking Associate, you will help existing and prospective customers understand banking solutions and reach suitable internal partners. Your work includes customer service, confidential judgement, current-account guidance, investment advice referrals, and problem resolution. You will contribute to accurate business processes, compliant documentation, and effective branch operations. Strong administration, planning, organization, and communication skills support this customer-facing position. A post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred, while relevant banking knowledge helps you advise customers appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:



Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate contacts
Provide day-to-day banking advice and problem resolution
Build confidence in emerging digital banking trends
Complete business processes and procedures accurately
Recommend branch process and operational improvements
Requirements: High School diploma or relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field preferred
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Effective verbal and written customer communication
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Use customer service, banking solutions, digital education, and communication skills to support clients through TD Canada Trust.
