Agentis Capital Partners operates as Agentis’ family office, managing more than 20 principal investment businesses. This full time internship covers sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing direct equity investments and co-investments. You will support portfolio companies and collaborate with senior leadership across technology, industrial, mixed industrial technology, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Research target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
Support financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution
Build financial models for investment decisions and monitoring




Develop investment theses, business plans, and strategic initiatives
Prepare materials for investment committees and senior leadership
Requirements: Currently pursuing a third- or fourth-year undergraduate degree
Study accounting, finance, commerce, business, economics, or related fields
Maintain minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0
Communicate complex concepts concisely verbally and in writing
Produce accurate, thorough work under tight deadlines
Develop principal investment, financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio monitoring skills as a Toronto Winter Analyst.
