Rexel seeks an experienced Automotive Electrical Sourcing and Category Manager for strategic sourcing, category management, and supply-chain initiatives. This role develops strategies supporting availability, cost competitiveness, quality, profitability, and continuity. Collaboration spans suppliers, customers, sales, procurement, operations, engineering, marketing, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic sourcing and category plans for automotive electrical products
Assess supply risks, capacity, lead times, and material availability
Monitor commodity pricing and automotive electrical market conditions
Improve Kanban, Just-in-Time, and demand-driven inventory practices




Lead supplier reviews and cross-functional performance discussions
Requirements: Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, procurement, engineering, or related discipline
Three to ten years in sourcing, procurement, or category management
Automotive electrical, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Solid negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
