As Quality Assurance Lead, you will guide business unit teams and strengthen quality and food safety culture across operational areas. You will manage complaints, audits, incidents, risks, and performance actions. The role supports customer requirements, regulations, recent product introductions, capital projects, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and develop teams delivering quality and food safety performance
Manage complaints, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Coordinate internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits
Monitor KPIs,



identify trends, and address performance gaps
Collaborate on products, projects, processes, technologies, and equipment
Requirements: Degree in Science, Food Science, or related discipline preferred
FMCG manufacturing experience, ideally beverage or food industry
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Knowledge of HACCP
FSSC 22000 understanding desirable but not essential
Bring quality leadership, food safety expertise, audit coordination, and continuous improvement skills to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners operations.
