Reporting to a manager, the Income Verifier supports EdenPark, a Fairstone Bank brand serving automobile dealers and consumers. You will review employment information, process documents, resolve missing items, and maintain accurate customer records. Previous lending, automotive-related, or financial services experience is considered.
Key Responsibilities: Review applicant income and employment information
Process income and trailing documents received
Resolve pending items with assigned dealerships
Contact employers to corroborate applicant information
Update customer interactions, accounts, and documents
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, arithmetic, and investigative abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and urgency
Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency
Post-secondary education and adaptable availability
