As a Customer Programs Manager, you will serve as the company-customer liaison for assigned contracts. You will lead teams through pre-production, bus build, acceptance, and post-delivery activities. The work emphasizes project management, customer relationships, contract requirements, and milestone tracking.

Develop project plans and track timelines against progress
Guide departments through contract completion
Resolve project issues and manage critical timelines

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or related business experience
Five-plus years in manufacturing or customer-oriented environments
Manufacturing project management experience or PMP certification
Superior computer, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to travel to New Flyer facilities in Canada and the United States
Bring contract management, project planning, and customer communication skills to New Flyer's transit bus programs.
