Summit Community Services Society seeks a Responsible Adult Worker for its childcare setting. You will help plan developmentally appropriate experiences, oversee nutritious snacks, and communicate positively with parents. The work also includes health practices, facility support, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with planning developmentally appropriate activities
- Oversee or prepare nutritious snacks and lunch breaks
- Maintain positive communication with parents
- Promote hygiene through handwashing, food handling, and cleaning




- Inform the manager about children’s issues or problems

Requirements:

- Responsible Adult Certificate
- Valid Food Secure Certificate
- Criminal Record Check for vulnerable adults and children
- Excellent oral, written, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sensitivity to cultural differences in the client population
