As Health & Wealth Coordinator, you provide first-line support across the People & Culture ecosystem. You will resolve ServiceNow inquiries, collaborate with internal partners and vendors, maintain core data, and surface insights for optimization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on complex ServiceNow tickets and case resolutions

Identify and share process optimization opportunities
Administer Long Term Disability employer statements




Prepare and audit files for Payroll payments
Requirements: Two or more years administering Canadian benefits
United States benefits administration experience is an asset
Intermediate problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ethical handling of confidential issues with discretion
Bring benefits expertise, cross-functional communication, and process insight to People Experience Delivery and North American operations.
