As an Operations Support Clerk, you will provide document management, reproduction, receiving, shipping, distribution, and inventory control. The permanent position serves the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and assigned Agencies. Duties include processing case-related documents, supporting hearings, maintaining equipment, and communicating with vendors and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities: Generate courier manifests and reconcile billing reports
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
