Maple Leaf Foods seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Maintenance Senior Supervisor. You will supervise and coach Maintenance trades while applying maintenance best practices in an industrial environment. The position requires a technical diploma or ticket, CMMS or EAM familiarity, and Standard Operating Procedure experience. Your work supports site and corporate objectives through effective scheduling, technical assistance, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coach Maintenance trades during daily work execution
Own weekly schedules and adjust emergency maintenance work




Oversee internal equipment rebuilds and review external rebuilds
Provide technical assistance and job planning inputs
Review work orders, delays, and workforce performance opportunities
Requirements: Three or more years in operational maintenance environments
Electrical, Mechanical, or Operations background
Interprovincial Red Seal or technical designation
Work order and CMMS system knowledge
Organization managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
