Direct onsite teams, trade partners, and project milestones as a Superintendent with Pomerleau Construction. Your leadership will support quality and safety across major projects.
Working within the Building Operations team, you will help deliver building and infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 million to more than $1 billion. This experienced Superintendent role requires construction expertise, detailed material coordination, and solid collaboration. You will support project managers, client groups, consultants, and subtrades throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead onsite teams through guidance, mentoring, and collaboration
Drive construction schedules with trade partners and consultants
Support site startup and client coordination meetings




Ensure materials follow building codes and quality requirements
Recommend creative methods improving efficiency and project excellence
Requirements: Over six years of construction experience
Relevant construction education or strong related experience
Proven project success and collaboration leadership
Experience with safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control
Ability to implement creative solutions and use scheduling software
Bring site leadership, project scheduling, and quality-control expertise to Pomerleau’s large-scale building and infrastructure work.
