TEKsystems is seeking a City Specialist for a 12-month contract with potential permanent hire. You will visit restaurants, engage decision-makers, identify business needs, and coordinate sales follow-up. The position supports merchant onboarding, feedback gathering, records maintenance, and basic technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities: Visit restaurants and prospective merchant partners throughout Edmonton
Introduce the company platform to restaurant decision-makers
Identify merchant needs, challenges, and priorities
Schedule follow-up meetings with sales representatives




Support onboarding and platform-related questions
Requirements: Six months customer-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or service
Confidence approaching unfamiliar businesses and decision-makers
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency
Intermediate SQL and general technical proficiency
Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and Edmonton-area location
Use relationship building, merchant outreach, and technical troubleshooting to support restaurant partners and sales growth throughout Edmonton.
