This senior design role focuses on producing and refining civil engineering documentation for varied land development work. You will apply AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, and municipal standards throughout design development. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and engineers supports coordinated project delivery and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities: Produce and refine engineering and construction drawings
Build plans, profiles, and detailed three-dimensional civil models
Interpret municipal and regulatory requirements during design
Create reports, spreadsheets, technical documents,



and presentation-ready tables
Modify drawings and verify accuracy, quality, and compliance
Requirements: Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent education
Eight to ten years designing land development projects in Alberta
Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
Robust analytical and technical skills, including Excel calculations
Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
