As Assistant Manager, you report to the Store Manager and help direct the store’s daily operations. You inspire a high-performing team while improving traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. Your focus includes sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership that optimizes store sales results
Drive sales-floor traffic and digital platform activity
Contribute to inventory management and replenishment
Increase customer satisfaction through positive service
Preserve GARAGE brand and merchandising standards
Requirements: Two years of management experience or equivalent experience
Fashion clothing management experience is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and react flexibly
Social media, mobile device, and Microsoft Office skills
Use retail leadership, fashion knowledge, and organizational skills to strengthen GARAGE sales, service, inventory, and presentation standards.
