Key Responsibilities: Manage daily property operations at Buckingham Place
Clean, perform minor maintenance, and resolve problems
Show units when necessary to prospective residents
Coordinate and supervise onsite tradespeople
Respond to emergencies and remove winter snow
Requirements: Previous customer service experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Property management or Resident Manager experience is an asset
