The Residence Night Worker monitors clients throughout the night and responds to emerging medical or behavioural needs. You will communicate concerns, support prescribed medication reminders, and respond during emergencies. Daily duties also include food preparation, housekeeping, supplies, and records.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor clients overnight and address emerging care needs
Remind clients to take prescribed medication when needed
Respond to emergencies through authorities and established procedures
Prepare limited food and serve snacks or drinks




Complete sweeping, mopping, laundry, dusting, and wiping
Requirements: Grade 12 completion
Resident Care Attendant or Home Support Worker program graduation
CPR, First Aid, and Food Secure certificates
BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry registration
One year recent related experience and multicultural clientele experience
