The Field Linehaul Support Representative dispatches transportation equipment according to the Linehaul plan. The position follows dispatch and arrival rules, supports trailer capacity, and maintains service integrity. Key Responsibilities: Execute transportation equipment dispatch under the Linehaul plan
Maximize trailer volume while meeting package delivery obligations
Enter dispatch events into the online TMS
Complete yard inventories and verify trailer load status
Investigate delays, accidents, and equipment failures
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Dispatch experience preferred
Seasonal availability for up to 12 weeks
Monday to Friday availability from 08:00 to 14:00
Support FedEx Linehaul operations through accurate dispatching, TMS updates, equipment verification, and timely transportation reporting.
