Support young people overnight as a Waking Night Residential Support Worker with ROC Northwest, using patience and strong communication skills. A full UK Manual driving licence is required.

This Residential Support Worker role supports children with complex needs at Lavender, an inclusive home designed around individuality. You will help maintain safety, encouragement, communication, and consistent care while supporting young people’s development. Digital care recording forms part of daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consistent support and encouragement to young people
- Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional support
- Complete and update care plans regularly
- Record children’s information accurately using electronic systems




- Support light housekeeping and a welcoming home setting

Requirements:

- Full UK Manual driving licence required
- Previous experience preferred, including personal caring experience
- Ability to work towards Level 4 Children’s Residential Care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for overnight sleep-ins and periods away from home
