As an Intermediate / Senior Architectural Technologist, you will independently manage architectural documentation and coordinate projects through design and construction stages. The work includes Revit documentation, consultant coordination, Ontario Building Code compliance, and technical detailing. Senior candidates may bring seven-plus years of experience and independent project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation using Revit
- Coordinate consultants, stakeholders, timelines, and technical deliverables




- Prepare building permit submissions and verify code compliance
- Develop building envelope and cold-climate construction details
- Conduct field reviews and support contract administration

Requirements:

- Architecture degree or Architectural Technology diploma
- At least five years of architectural practice experience
- At least three years of qualified Revit experience
- Knowledge of building systems and Ontario Building Code
- Experience with permits and contract administration
