Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews, communications, and hiring debriefs
- Prepare offers and coordinate onboarding requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two to five years of related experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance
