Shape SaskTel’s human resources programs in Regina through research, policy analysis, and process development. This on-site position requires accuracy and strong communication.

The Human Resources Assistant researches, develops, coordinates, tests, implements, and documents human resources information, programs, processes, and training curricula. You will administer policies and support compensation, benefits, job evaluation, performance management, employee development, and training processes. The position also supports SAP reporting and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate human resources policies, programs, and procedures
- Design and analyze human resources systems, projects, and processes
- Test, monitor, and evaluate programs, procedures, and training




- Document and coordinate implementation of revised procedures
- Support SAP reporting, testing, documentation, and data integrity

Requirements:

- Business Administration certificate with two Human Resource classes
- At least three years conducting analysis, research, and procedure development
- Working knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and processes
- Robust communication, investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of personal computers and software applications
