As a Client Account Manager, you will advise high-value clients and connect ZayZoon’s financial wellness platform with their business goals. You will manage accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and help clients increase usage and long-term value. The role requires at least two years of client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise high-value clients on business goals and team needs
- Build adoption plans that increase usage and account value
- Lead business reviews and planning sessions with decision makers
- Resolve support queries and escalations through internal collaboration




- Share client feedback across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Care

Requirements:

- Two or more years in client-facing account management
- Experience managing clients and identifying upsell opportunities
- Track record creating adoption plans with measurable results
- Ability to turn data into practical client recommendations
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, or Jira
