Support Gambles Program Accounts through customer-focused coordination, order processing, and service recovery at the Ontario Food Terminal. Regular travel is required.
This Account Representative reports directly to the Director of Program Sales and supports accurate, timely execution across internal departments. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate customer requirements, and help maintain positive customer relationships. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve complex inquiries and close service gaps
Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams
Manage prebookings and allocations for commitments




Analyze sales reports for trends and opportunities
Provide timely updates on service issues
Requirements: Customer-focused and results-oriented approach
Ability to resolve inquiries and build relationships
Experience with order-entry or customer management systems preferred
Independent work with internal team collaboration
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach
Bring account coordination, customer service, analytical thinking, and order support skills to Gambles’ Program Account operations.
