As a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator, you will organize and implement programs for infants through out-of-school care. The work includes leading developmental activities, supporting eating and hygiene routines, observing children, and discussing progress with parents and staff. Continuous learning and positive reinforcement are central to the approach.
Key Responsibilities: Organize programs for infant, preschool, and school-age children
Provide creative opportunities through stories, games, art, music, and movement
Guide eating, dressing, toilet, handwashing, and hygiene habits




Observe potential learning or behavioural concerns and document findings
Maintain classroom environments and complete light cleaning duties
Requirements: Passion for children and commitment to continuous learning
Creative oral and written communication skills
Understanding of behaviour as communication
Solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather
Use developmental programming, positive reinforcement, and thoughtful observation to enrich children’s experiences at Kepler Academy.
