Operate heavy equipment for Ferrovial’s infrastructure management work, with safety awareness and seasonal road maintenance responsibilities. This role supports contracted assets across roadway environments.
As a Seasonal Equipment Operator with Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, you will maintain roads, bridges, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, and related assets. Duties vary by season and include snow removal, sanding, salting, surface repairs, traffic control, and transporting crews and equipment. The position requires explicit communication in English, basic mathematical ability, and consistent attention to hazards while working, driving, or operating equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Remove snow and ice using snow removal equipment
Apply sand and salt during winter maintenance
Repair highways, signs,



guardrails, fences, and lighting
Set up and remove traffic control equipment
Transport crews and equipment to work sites
Requirements: Highly developed safety awareness and hazard recognition
Ability to communicate safety instructions in English
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
Ability to focus while driving or operating equipment
Availability for emergency rotations, evenings, weekends, and holidays
