Job Description En tant que préposé(e) à l'administration, tu joues un rôle clé dans le suivi administratif des dossiers d'assurance (invalidité, assurance vie, maladies graves et assurance santé). Tu contribues au bon fonctionnement des activités en assurant un traitement rigoureux des dossiers, conformément aux procédures établies, tout en réalisant diverses recherches et suivis auprès des adhérents et des partenaires. Ta contribution à l'équipe
Recevoir les appels téléphoniques et répondre aux questions générales de la clientèle
Traiter les demandes de recherche de coordonnées des clients ainsi que les retours de courrier, conformément aux procédures établies.
Assurer les suivis requis auprès des adhérents, des employeurs et des TPA lorsque des documents ou des renseignements sont manquants
Effectuer la saisie de données dans les systèmes et veiller à l'exactitude et à la mise à jour de l'information
Effectuer les demandes d'expertises médicales à la demande des agents de règlement et procéder au paiement des frais associés aux expertises et aux formulaires
Valider les garanties d'assurance vie des adhérents dans les systèmes et ouvrir les dossiers correspondants
Vérifier et valider les documents reçus, tels que les testaments, certificats de décès et renseignements sur les bénéficiaires, puis transmettre les dossiers complets pour paiement
Préparer et expédier diverses correspondances, notamment les demandes de dossiers médicaux auprès des médecins, hôpitaux et autres intervenants
Qualifications Diplôme d'études collégiales




Expérience pertinente en administration
Excellentes aptitudes pour l'organisation et le suivi de dossiers
Bonnes habiletés de communication et de service à la clientèle
Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion
