As an Account Specialist (Surety), you will support Account Executives and Associate Account Executives. You will coordinate client service processes, manage account activities, and contribute to successful surety account management. The work includes communication with clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities: Support Account Executives managing assigned surety accounts
Coordinate key processes serving clients effectively
Undertake internal client service process activities
Manage open items and ad-hoc requests efficiently
Participate actively in the renewal process
Requirements: Solid interpersonal and project management skills
Broker’s license required or obtained within four months
Ability to maintain client and insurer rapport
Ability to perform general account functions
Legal authorization to work in Canada required
