As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support the Kitchen Manager across daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, quality control, staff training, and workflow improvements. The position also emphasizes leadership development while maintaining safe, clean working conditions. Key Responsibilities: Support the Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations
Assist with food preparation and quality control
Train staff on kitchen practices and workflows




Improve kitchen workflows for effective daily operations
Ensure a safe, clean working environment
Requirements: One to three years kitchen management or supervisory experience
Comparable restaurant environment experience
Culinary Red Seal and Smart Serve Certification are assets
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn recent software quickly
