This Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy through partnerships, events, product seeding, and guest engagement. You will develop relationships with lululemon Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, studio owners, and partner studios. The position also brings technical product education and omnichannel programs into guest connections.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with store leadership on community strategy and guest experience
Manage relationships with Ambassadors, studios, and community partners
Attend, support, or host local and regional events




Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors
Review community metrics and share recommendations with leadership
Requirements: One year of customer service, engagement, marketing, or community experience
Legal authorization to work where the store is located
Reliable transportation to the assigned store
Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to build qualified relationships and communicate effectively
Bring community partnerships, event support, and guest experience skills to lululemon’s Pine Centre Mall store.
