This part time position coordinates purchasing and financial processes across local operations and Head Office. The work includes invoices, credits, returns, claims, records, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Act as liaison between local teams and Head Office finance departments
Identify invoice and receiving discrepancies and coordinate corrections
Follow open orders, vendor issues, credits, returns, and claims
Provide updates and elevate unresolved financial or operational risks
Ensure operational paperwork is complete and accurately entered
Requirements: Two to five years in administration, accounting support, or purchasing preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with financial documentation and purchase orders
ERP, accounting, purchasing, or inventory systems experience is an asset
