As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support brand marketing, loyalty teams, campaigns, promotions, and property initiatives. You will adapt creative concepts, apply brand guidelines, prepare artwork, and manage routine projects with guidance from the Senior Brand Designer.
Key Responsibilities: Design materials for digital, print, social, email, and websites
Apply brand guidelines across three distinct hospitality brands
Adapt campaigns, templates, and assets for properties and formats
Prepare production-ready artwork and complete quality checks




Manage routine requests from brief through final delivery
Requirements: Post-secondary graphic design or related education
One to two years of professional graphic design experience
Portfolio showing digital and print design work
Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Hybrid work availability and occasional travel as required
Bring typography, layout, production, and organizational skills to consistent creative work across Northland Properties brands and channels.
