As Retail Floor Supervisor, you will support daily store operations and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your work includes floor coverage, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and sales activities. You will also train team members and support hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Lead walkthroughs, task delegation, and daily merchandising standards
Oversee opening, closing, register accuracy, and pricing checks
Monitor replenishment, organization, and customer flow
Manage cash handling, reconciliation,



and administrative tasks
Support scheduling, promotions, and in-store activities
Requirements: Three or more years of retail management experience
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Solid passion for retail and customer experiences
Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
