Bring merchandising experience to Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s by maintaining accurate sales floor presentations, signage, and merchandise placement. Support seasonal execution.
The Task Team Outfitter reports to the Assistant General Manager and carries out visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer or ad sets. Daily work may include department resets, fixture replacement, end cap updates, mannequin dressing, and merchandise preparation. The position combines detailed presentation work with replenishment and customer support on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities: Update signage, end caps, fixtures, and floor layouts
Dress mannequins and prepare merchandise for advertisements
Perform assigned department resets and merchandise purges
Fill, fold, sort, face, hang,



and locate items
Assist customers with merchandise searches and buying decisions
Requirements: Merchandising experience of two or more years preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Education and experience combinations considered during hiring
Solid attention to detail and accurate work habits
Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s products advantageous
Use visual merchandising, product knowledge, and sound judgment to support compelling sales floor execution for Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s.
