Support independence and inclusion with CLGW as a Direct Support Professional in community-based residential settings. Part-time and relief/casual schedules are available.
CLGW seeks Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. You will help people pursue personal goals, participate in daily living, and experience belonging. The work includes person-centred support, collaboration, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Promote inclusion, independence, and self-determination
Support individuals pursuing personal goals and dreams
Assist with cooking, cleaning, medication administration, and personal care
Complete lifts and transfers when required
Collaborate with teams, families, and community partners
Requirements: Degree or diploma in a related human services field
Valid Ontario Class Full G Driver’s License
Work at least two weekends monthly
Flexibility to pick up additional shifts
Solid communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
Bring person-centred support, collaboration, and documentation skills to CLGW’s residential services in Erin, Guelph, or Fergus.
