BrokerLink seeks a Personal Insurance Advisor for its Halifax, Nova Scotia office. You will service ongoing client needs, assess coverage requirements, recommend solutions, and support renewals. The position also includes recent business sales, documentation, insurer communication, and account receivable activities.
Key Responsibilities: Service client needs and answer insurance inquiries
Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions
Sell new policies and retain existing business
Prepare applications, certificates, changes, and renewal documentation
Contact underwriters and adjusters about guidelines and policies
Requirements: Minimum one year of personal insurance experience preferred
Nova Scotia General Insurance License or CAIB is an asset
Exposure to Epic is an asset
Strong customer focus and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bring customer service, insurance knowledge, and organized advisory support to BrokerLink clients in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
