Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed and accurate 3D models of architectural projects based on blueprints, sketches, and reference materials.
- Develop high-quality assets, including buildings, furniture, landscapes, and surrounding elements.
- Optimize 3D models for efficient rendering and real-time applications, ensuring clean topology and efficient UV mapping.
- Apply realistic textures and materials to 3D models to achieve photorealistic results.
- Collaborate closely with architectural designers, 3D artists, and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to design intent.
- Manage asset libraries and ensure proper organization and file management.
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates,



and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural visualization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any modeling-related issues that arise during the production process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling techniques and workflows within the team.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling, specifically within architectural visualization or related fields.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design, and construction methods.
- Proven ability to create highly detailed and photorealistic architectural models.
- Experience with texturing, material creation, and PBR workflows.
- Knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Arnold) is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural 3D models is mandatory.
- Familiarity with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a plus.
