Reporting to a manager, the Income Verifier supports EdenPark, a Fairstone Bank brand serving automobile dealers and consumers. You will review employment information, process documents, resolve missing items, and maintain accurate customer records. Previous lending, automotive-related, or financial services experience is considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review applicant income and employment information
- Process income and trailing documents received
- Resolve pending items with assigned dealerships
- Contact employers to corroborate applicant information
- Update customer interactions, accounts, and documents

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, arithmetic, and investigative abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and urgency
- Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency
- Post-secondary education and flexible availability
