Apply Excel and data management skills within PSP Investments’ Real Estate group. Support reporting, databases, and system implementation activities in Canada.

This internship supports timely access to reliable information for real estate investment decisions and operational governance. You will update systems, reconcile records, prepare implementation data, test new systems, and contribute to reports and dashboards. Candidates must be pursuing university studies in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update and reconcile information in multiple databases
- Clean data for system implementation activities
- Execute tests for current system implementations
- Support reporting and dashboard production
- Assist with operational requests from Portfolio Management

Requirements:

- University degree enrollment in Finance, Business, IT, or related discipline
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Intermediate SQL knowledge is an asset
- Proactive attitude and curiosity for learning
- Ability to adapt easily to change
