Support aseptic manufacturing at Septodont through equipment troubleshooting, GMP documentation, and operator training in Cambridge, Ontario. This is a Sunday-to-Thursday night shift.

As Lead Hand II, you will help maintain equipment and organized work areas while ensuring filling-operation supplies remain available. The work includes in-process IPQC testing, batch records, logbooks, quality deviations, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. You will communicate production priorities across shifts and support operators in meeting company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain equipment, work areas, component supplies, and personal protective equipment
- Coach operators on documentation practices and correct documentation errors
- Issue, investigate, and rectify quality assurance deviations




- Follow aseptic practices, first-air principles, and sanitization techniques
- Review and revise departmental GMP documents and procedures

Requirements:

- One year of pharmaceutical manufacturing or related environment experience
- High school completion or college education in progress
- Understanding of basic microbiology and aseptic processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace
- Ability to interact positively with interdepartmental teams
