AgeCare is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) to join our care team in a facility-based role in Canada. Under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, you will provide fundamental care and support to residents, adhering to the care plans and safety protocols.
The position requires English fluency, completion of a PCA/HCA certificate, and active CLHA registration. Prior experience in continuing care is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a supportive, inclusive team workplace.
