Support inclusive childcare as a Float Early Childhood Educator with hands-on care, active supervision, and developmentally appropriate programming.
This Float role provides coverage across Early Childhood Educator, Developmental Worker, and Nutrition Specialist responsibilities. You will support children of all ages and abilities through inclusive experiences, creative expression, personal care, therapies, meals, and documentation. The role reports to the Early Learning & Childcare Manager and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise children and promote safety, health, and well-being
Implement inclusive experiences supporting physical, social, and cognitive development
Adapt activities for all ability levels
Document learning,



behaviours, attendance, and therapy checklists
Provide coverage across childcare, developmental, and nutrition functions
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 requirement
Working toward relevant education focused on diverse needs
Food Safety Course completion
Current First Aid/CPR training
Valid Driver's License
Bring flexibility, collaboration, observation, and inclusive childcare skills to Float Early Childhood Educator responsibilities across the program.
