This engineering position performs varied design work while resolving inquiries through sound engineering judgment. You will analyze, evaluate, and rectify product failures, documenting observations and recommendations in failure reports. Meet end users onsite to resolve product problems
Assemble or test products as required
Requirements: Solid knowledge of mechanical seals and rotating equipment
Understanding of compressors, pumps, and hydraulic systems
Experience using CAD software, including Solid Edge
High computer proficiency with MS Office
Five or more years in a similar industrial role
Bring industrial engineering judgment, failure analysis, and product troubleshooting capabilities to John Crane’s customer-focused technical work.
