As a Senior Property Accountant, you will manage reporting for individual properties and consolidated client portfolios. The position requires commercial real estate accounting experience, strong communication, and high-level financial analysis. You will also support operations, accounting policies, systems, and monthly reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, reporting, and analysis for property portfolios
Resolve monthly results, reporting package, CAM, and TAX questions
Mentor junior Property Accountants on reporting and accounting procedures
Coordinate property acquisitions, dispositions,



and reporting workflow integration
Support YARDI improvements, controls, processes, and special projects
Requirements: Minimum five years commercial real estate property accounting experience
Professional designation CPA considered a robust asset
Experience with real estate accounting systems, especially YARDI
Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, communication, and analytical skills
Autonomy, initiative, teamwork, prioritization, and pressure-management abilities
