Coordinate maintenance schedules, labour, and materials for Sandvik’s mining contract at Upper Beaver, near Kirkland Lake, onsite weekdays.
As a Maintenance Planner, you will prepare planned work for safe, efficient execution across the full maintenance contract. The position connects site personnel, technicians, the customer, and the Warehouse Technician. Your work supports equipment availability through accurate schedules, job plans, and maintenance records.
Key Responsibilities: Create and communicate preventive maintenance schedules
Develop job plans aligned with OEM maintenance strategies
Prepare parts kits and job information for technicians
Assign approved work and communicate schedule changes




Coordinate customer forecasting and production priorities
Requirements: Maintenance planning experience in mining or heavy equipment environments
Heavy equipment technician experience may also be considered
Technical knowledge of underground mining equipment and OEM strategies
Solid computer literacy and accurate data reconciliation abilities
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
Use scheduling, job planning, and customer coordination skills to prepare Sandvik maintenance work at Upper Beaver.
